All riders must be registered with Auscycle to participate. MYLAPS transponders are required for scoring all riders 8 and over.

$2 miniwheelers, $8 for others, capped at $20 for a family. Trophy Qualification
- Minimum of 3 x volunteering roles per family per series. Canteen equates to have completed 2

Setup and Pack-up Crew for the 2026 South32 Collie Business Awards

This role involves various tasks such as setting up tables and chairs, arranging tablecloths and chair covers, assembling sponsor banners, and organising table settings. In return we get a cash donation to the club.

Pack up Sunday 7th June 9 am start, normally done by 11 am
