Screen performance you can see!

With water levels down, this image clearly demonstrates the effectiveness of AWMA’s powered T‑Screens. The integrated self‑cleaning brush system actively removes debris from the screen surface, maintaining flow capacity and protecting downstream infrastructure.

By keeping the T‑screen surface consistently clear, the system reduces maintenance requirements while ensuring ongoing screen effectiveness, compliance with modern fish-protection screen guidelines and long‑term asset protection for the water extraction system.

A mammoth 'May Morning Tea' done and dusted with many reasons to connect and celebrate:
* Happy birthday wishes to those celebrating birthdays this month
* Happy work anniversary for those with 1-year to 26-year celebrations this month!
* As well as $1,500 raised for the Cancer Council’s Biggest Morning Tea!
* Many raffle prizes were won, with special thanks to those who generously “paid forward” their second and third wins.

Thanks to Kimmys Café, West End Servo and Rhonda Barker for the delicious spread.

Mostly, thanks to our team for another great catch-up.

For Glen, it all started with a chat with Damian (Leading Hand/Welding Supervisor), that left a lasting impression. A few months on, and that initial connection turned into a new chapter for Glen and AWMA.
