Admin / Office Coordinator – Western Downs Autoglass
Western Downs Autoglass is looking for a motivated and reliable Admin / Office Coordinator to join our growing team, based at our Head Office on the Gold Coast.
This is a key role in our business, supporting daily operations and helping deliver great service to our customers.
About the Role
This is a full-time position (40 hours per week) where you’ll help keep the office running smoothly while supporting customer service and sales.
Your tasks will include:
Data entry and maintaining accurate records
JOB OPPORTUNITY
Answering phones and managing customer enquiries
Preparing quotes and assisting with sales
Booking jobs and coordinating schedules
Generating reports and general admin tasks
Supporting the team with day-to-day operations
What We’re Looking For
We’re after someone who has:
Experience in customer service and administration
Strong computer skills and attention to detail
Confidence on the phone with great communication skills
The ability to multitask and stay organised
A positive attitude and strong work ethic
Reliability and the ability to work independently
