🔧 FABRICATOR / WELDER – FULL TIME
Location: Chinchilla QLD
Pay: $40–$50/hr (based on experience)
LJFAB is looking for a fabricator/welder to join the team.
What you’ll be doing:
* Assembly and welding of ute trays, canopies and 4x4 products
* Fabrication of transport skids and custom gear for oil & gas
* General workshop fabrication and installs
What we want:
* Can weld and fabricate without being handheld
* Takes pride in clean, straight work
* Shows up, gets stuck in, gets jobs done

🛠️ LEADING HAND FABRICATOR / WELDER

Pay: $50–$60/hr (based on performance)
We’re looking for a leading hand who can run jobs and keep the workshop moving.
What you’ll be doing:
* Oversee fabrication of ute trays, canopies and 4x4 products
* Manage workflow on transport skids and custom oil & gas jobs
* Keep quality high and jobs on time
* Help train apprentices and keep standards tight

* Strong fabricator who can lead from the front
* Organised, pushes jobs along, doesn’t wait to be told
* Holds quality and time standards
