The trailer is back on the road and looking the goods.

A big effort from the boys in the workshop. Refab work, straightening, sandblasting and a full repaint to bring this old workhorse back up to scratch.

No shortcuts, just solid workmanship from the crew and a trailer ready to get stuck back into it.

A bit of progress on our trailer.

This old girl has now been stripped right back and sandblasted. Cabling is being installed as the rebuild continues.

Still plenty to do, but it’s definitely heading in the right direction.

Have a fantastic weekend!

🔥 CRAFTSMEN AT WORK 🔥

There’s welding… and then there’s craftsmanship.

The crew recently turned their skills to something for our own workshop: designing and building our new Gold City Welding sign completely from scratch.

From the original CAD drawing to cutting, fabrication and welding, the raised lettering and final finish; every part was created by our team, right here in the workshop.

These are the skills, precision and attention to detail our team brings to every job that comes through the workshop.

Designed here. Fabricated here. Built by craftsmen.

Some jobs take a little more muscle than others!

When a semi trailer comes into the workshop seriously bent out of shape, it takes skill, patience and plenty of know-how to get it back where it needs to be.

Here’s a little glimpse of Dan working his magic - straightening steel, repairing the damage and bringing this trailer back to life.

Just another day tackling the tough jobs at Gold City Welding. 🔥🔧
