Ingredients
• 5 zucchinis
• 5 apples (cored)
• 9 cups baby spinach
• 1 cup ground flaxseed
• 1 Tbsp sea salt
• Pepper
Method
Blend zucchini + apple + spinach → mix in flax + seasoning → spread thin (3 mm / ⅛ in) → dehydrate at 46°C / 115°F for ~8 hrs → rest overnight for flexibility
