We’ve officially hit the busiest time of the year!
Orders are coming and going non-stop, parts needed “yesterday,” and Christmas cut-off dates are only weeks away.
To keep everything running smoothly, please help us help you:
🔧 Avoid visiting the workshop without prior discussion.
We absolutely understand every order feels urgent, but we need to prioritise the jobs already in progress so they can be completed and shipped on time.
📞 If you’re messaging or calling – we’re not ignoring you.
We’re just extremely flat out right now and doing our best to keep everyone happy. We will get to your message or email as soon as we can.
☎️ The shop phone is set up purely for enquiries and to take your details so we can email you back. If we spent the whole day on the phone or doing walk-in quotes, our customers who have already placed orders would be the ones who suffer.
