This is a unique 3 Tier house that we will have finished in October. It is an interesting project but to make sure it will set out correctly i have created a working model with steel beams, Floor Posi's, Stub frame work, Floor coverings and decking joists for use as a way of visually discussing the project with the builder, architect and engineer before a piece of steel gets cut.
