With the stage 4 restrictions placed on Melbourne and increased restrictions in greater Victoria due to COVID-19, we would like to keep you informed of developments concerning our services.

While our we remain open for trading as per normal trading hours delivering an essential service to the Australian automotive and transport market, strict modifications have been implemented on how we conduct our business in Victoria as part of the increased restrictions

• We will remain open for collections only to support essential services and the trade.

• Branch trading hours will remain strictly from 8:30am to 5pm weekdays. Any changes will be accessed in due course and you will be notified.

• Please call ahead for any pick-ups to ensure we remain contact free.

• Where possible please elect to have your order delivered.

• As per our COVID -19 safe plan you may be required to leave your contact details for contact tracing purposes.

• We will be enforcing social distancing and will require appropriate face masks and coverings for all employees and customers on site.

For all of our staff members, please respect the 1.5m distance rules and if you are feeling unwell please do not visit and seek medical advice.

We will keep you all posted with more information over the next few days around how we will be operating over the stage 4 restriction period in the greater Melbourne and the Mitchell Shire areas.

AN IMPORTANT MESSAGE REGARDING THE SAFETY AND OPERATION OF OUR WORKPLACE DURING THE VICTORIAN GOVERNMENT’S STAGE 1 LOCKDOWN.

During these current testing times, we have been informed that the Automotive sector has been place in the essential category under the Victorian government’s stage 1 lockdown, due to falling under the freight & transport sector.

We assure all our clients that strict measures are now in place, to help provide a safe and wellbeing environment, for all staff members, clients and the public.

Actions we have implemented include:

1: Safe distancing measures between staff members, clients and any other delivery supply chain to our premises.

2: All staff to carry hand sanitisation products at all times

3: Regular cleaning of warehouse/ office on a daily basis

4: All of our delivery drivers to wear gloves and carry sanitation products on board whilst practicing safe distancing measures between clients and any other public members.

5: Warehouse/ office restrictions are now in place to staff members only. All deliveries at our workplace will be dropped off in a designated area.

6: Face masks have been ordered and will used by our drivers once our shipment has arrived.

7: We assure that the mental health and wellbeing of all our staff is kept in check at all times by providing whatever support we can necessarily provide.

As we move forward through these times, our goal is to help contribute what we can do for our community to the very best of our ability.
