There’s something special about welcoming our beautiful mums back to Pilates 23! ✨

With bub watching on in the background, Mum is taking a little time for herself, rebuilding her strength and reconnecting with her body, one session at a time. 🥰

Postpartum Pilates can be a wonderful way to gradually rebuild strength, improve core and pelvic floor awareness, work on posture and support your return to movement — at a pace that feels right for you, with the right guidance and when your body is ready.
