It was great to recently attend the Senior Careers Expo at Baringa State Secondary College, connecting with students as they start thinking about their future pathways.

We also loved being able to shout a free coffee to all the other career stallholders on the day - a small way to keep everyone fuelled while supporting such a valuable event for local students.

While we were there, we also had the opportunity to see the College’s new ResQmats, which Community Bank Caloundra was proud to help fund through our sponsorship program.

The ResQmats we’ve been able to provide to Baringa State Secondary College could make a life-changing difference should they ever need to be used. They provide students with disability with a safe and accessible way to evacuate a building during an emergency when lifts may not be available.

It’s the kind of equipment you hope is never needed, but knowing it is there can make an enormous difference to the safety and accessibility of the school community.

We’re incredibly proud to have helped provide the funding for this important equipment and to continue supporting initiatives that make a practical difference in our local schools.

When our community supports Community Bank Caloundra, we’re able to reinvest back into local schools, clubs and organisations - helping provide the things our community needs most.

Celebrating Our Local Netball Community! 💙

On Sunday, our Branch Manager Pip had the pleasure of attending the Caloundra District Netball Association Presentation, celebrating another fantastic season of local netball. 👏

From the players taking to the court each week, to the coaches, volunteers, umpires, families and committee members working behind the scenes - it takes an incredible community to make a season happen.

We’re proud to support local organisations like Caloundra District Netball Association that create opportunities for people to get involved, stay active, build friendships and be part of something bigger.

Congratulations to everyone recognised on the day, and to the entire CDNA community on another great season! 🏆🏐

We’re pretty excited to see this one hitting the road!
