Are you a young aspiring mechanic. Mako Services will be adding another an apprentice mechanic to our team and would like to start discussions with potential candidates.
Requirements for the position:
Completion of year 12 (can be finishing this year, we're happy to wait)
Current drivers license
Willing to do block release at TAFE (to gain cert 3 in engineering - plant mechanic) in Perth 2-3 times per year. Each block release is a few weeks.
As the role is an apprenticeship we are not expecting any significant experience prior to starting. The right attitude, and obviously an interest in mechanics and we can train the rest. You would work alongside our experienced mechanics both in the workshop and in the field. You will gain experience in all aspects of equipment maintenance including Engine Overhaul, LPG, Hydraulics and Electrical.
