🚜 Muck Spreader Rebuild – Stronger, Smarter, and Built to Last🔧

We recently completed a full rebuild of a muck spreader, replacing the older, worn-out unit that had seen better days!

Using the original as a reference, we replicated its design and then made several key improvements for greater durability, performance, and appearance. The result? A cleaner, stronger, and far more reliable spreader that’s ready to go the distance — without falling apart under pressure.

We recently designed and manufactured a set of stairs for Red Rock Macadamia, made specifically to provide safe and easy access up the side of their silos.
Built tough to withstand daily use and the elements, these stairs help ensure staff can safely carry out inspections and maintenance — a simple but essential part of efficient farm operations.

Another successful project completed! We recently designed and manufactured a mezzanine floor for W & L Family Farms, purpose-built to support their automated box-making machine — helping make their tomato packing process faster and more efficient.

This addition has not only saved space on the shed floor but also streamlined their packing operations, keeping productivity high during the busy season.

We recently completed the manufacture of a couple of perforated diffuser heads for Sunwater, designed to filter water from the channels before it enters the pipes.
These units help protect vital infrastructure by preventing fish and large foreign objects from getting into the system — a simple, smart solution that supports both environmental protection and operational efficiency.
