With our new 3D scanning capabilities we can provide accurate files that can be opened in most CAD type software (Solidworks, Inventor, Fusion, solid edge and more). Here we have scanned the back of this 79 series land cruiser for a client so they can model a Tray/canopy package on CAD. Our software accurately identifies the tray mounting bolt hole locations on the chassis and transfers them to cad so there is a perfect alignment every time. Contact us today to find out more!

This highly accurate portable 3D scanner can run off battery power in the field, operate in full sun and on shiny surfaces which suits our line of work perfectly. We have recently completed assembly and testing on our large diameter slew mill. This can in-situ machine 1800mm-5000mm slew bearing mounting surfaces commonly found on excavators and stackers. With fast set up and machining times and extremely high accuracy we couldn't be happier with the results. Contact us today for any on-site machining needs!
