The Big Guns from the APE Hire fleet out on an epoxy prep job.

The Schwamborn RC means the machine does the heavy lifting instead of the operator, making light work of large floor prep jobs.

Paired with the Dustcontrol Storm H-Class vacuum and pre-separator, dust is captured at the grinder to keep the freshly prepped floor clean.

And judging by the state of the jobsite before grinding, the Dustcontrol setup is working overtime on this one.

The big guns from our hire fleet are out putting in the work.

This job called for removing 3mm of concrete from a plastic pod stencil system, and it’s exactly the kind of heavy-duty grinding the Schwamborn DSM800RC was built for.

Pair it with the Dustcontrol Storm 700 and you’ve got serious grinding performance backed by powerful dust extraction, keeping airborne dust and post-grind cleanup to a minimum.

Got a tough job coming up that needs some serious muscle? Talk to the All Prep team today and we’ll get you sorted with the right equipment, available to hire or buy.

Choosing the right vacuum for your operation can be a difficult decision.

Often the cheapest option can end up being the most expensive. Downtime is likely the biggest expense you can have with a vacuum and the biggest cause of downtime is something very simple. How long does the vacuum maintain performance before you need to stop and do a filter clean?

There are three main factors that affect this time.
-Is it a cyclonic designed vacuum?
-How big is the surface area of the filter?
-Are you using a cyclonic separator?

These are just some of the many reasons we choose to partner with the Swedish MADE Dustcontrol vacuums. Others just don't stack up.

Of course there's a lot more when it comes to choosing the right vacuum. This blog is a great start for making an educated decision.

When your customers do the talking for you.

Clint from Onyx Epoxy recently dropped into All Prep and had a few words to say about their Dustcontrol DC 2900 H-Class vacuums.

“These little Dustcontrol units sure pack a punch for what they are. We’d highly recommend them to anyone. Give them a crack and you won’t be disappointed.”

And with Elinor from Dustcontrol and Hugh from All Prep there to hear it firsthand, we couldn’t ask for a better endorsement.
