This breathtaking Launceston home fabricated by Cityline Windows & Doors is a true testament to quality design and craftsmanship, prioritising natural light and connection to the landscape.

This extraordinary facade is the defining highlight of the home, capturing uninterrupted views through the use of continuous commercial framing, creating a seamless transition between window and sliding door sections for a refined and unified facade. This sense of continuity carries through into the living spaces and pool glazing, where large scale glass openings dissolve the boundary between interior and exterior.

Every detail has been considered to prioritise performance and a premium living experience, including the transition from a standard subsill to a zero threshold gutter sill. This detail supports a seamless connection between internal and external spaces while also delivering strong outcomes in water resistance, disability accessibility compliance and long term durability.

With energy efficiency and acoustic performance as key considerations, double glazed EnergyTech Glass was selected throughout to optimise thermal performance by stabilisng internal temperatures and increasing comfort.

Concept Aluminium Systems supported the architectural and design intent of this project with locally sourced Australian made aluminium window and door systems designed for durability, precision and long term recyclability, reinforcing a commitment to sustainable building outcomes without compromising performance or aesthetics.
