I can throw the magnetic darts and they stick like magic.
I can try to hit the middle and get the most points.
I can stand on one foot and see if I can stay steady while I aim.

It makes my eyes and hands work together. I have to think about how strong to throw and where to aim.

And the best part? I can make up my own games and try to beat my own score!

We had the most incredible time at the Sensory in Action Workshop hosted by the wonderful team at in Adelaide, and we’re still riding the high!

There’s something so special about bringing therapists together in a space where learning is hands-on, practical, and deeply connected to real-life therapy

Over the weekend, we loved:�🛠️ Seeing sensory integration come to life through movement, equipment and play�🤝 Connecting with passionate therapists who are all striving to make a meaningful difference�🧠 Learning, sharing ideas and growing together�🌿 Watching confidence build as clinicians explored new ways to support regulation and participation
