🔥 V2 DOOR HANDLES

We quietly added our new V2 door handles to the website… and they sold out within a couple of days before we even got around to announcing them 😂

So we’ve got another batch underway and pre-orders are now open.

Our V2 handles are laser cut from stainless steel, polished and supplied as a pair with cables and hardware.

Designed to work with our aluminium door cards, but can also be adapted to suit most factory door latch setups.

If you missed the first lot, you can lock in a set from the next batch now.

Super busy week with several jobs going on at once. 🥴

While waiting in the last parts for the GTR rear end upgrade I managed to sheet metal the rear end interior of the s13 to help seal it up nice and tight.

R33 subframe conversion prepped , all new solid bushes, ball joints, hubs and bearings and a fresh R200 case

Next week will be full on with assembly and getting it all stitched up.

🔧 NEW PRODUCT - S13 / 180SX FRONT JACK BARS

A couple of new additions to the range 👌

We’ve now got front jack bars available for S13 & 180SX - giving you an easy central jacking point without having to run a full front bash bar.

Two versions available:
▪️ 180SX - with centre hoop
▪️ S13 / 180SX - plain version

These bolt into the factory mounting points, with upgraded bolting and extra mounting points added for support.

✔️ Suits intercoolers up to 76mm in the common mounting position
✔️ Optional threaded tow point mounts available

Iv been tasked with a GTR rear end and subframe mods in a s13 after endless broken axles and finally a badly broken diff.

My first question is always why is this breaking??

Sure the diff will eventually fail due to abuse but I’m more interested in what was happening leading up to this…
And after a quick tear down of the rear end iv found several tell tail signs.
Obvious signs of major bearing heat causing a series of events. Bearing fatigue , potentially upsetting the back lash , causing vibrations and premature ware.
Chances are this not running true is what beat up the pinion and the rest is history.

Moving forward: inspect 2 way
New gear set , bearings and shims
Dial the back lash and meshing correctly.
Quality oil
Sold mount diff & subframe
Confirm pinion angle
Temp sensor in diff to monitor how it’s living
Breather upgrade

All these little things add up to help the new setup survive , it just a matter of being thorough 👌

Had this 180sx in recently for some custom front and rear jack bars.
Fitted a front jack bar and trimmed the front bumper to suit.
Swapped out the OEM crash bar in the rear and fitted out 180sx rear jack bar with tow point.

Also built a 3” stainless exhaust with blast pipes, and a second dump pipe by the diff for track days.
Added on to the existing 3 bolt fl**ge up the front as there is talk of a different turbo setup so there is a chance this will get tweaked at some point in the future.
It’s now one step closer to a first start up and tune.

Been a minute since I’d done this combo.

Boost gauge install, with electronic boost controller hidden inside the coin tray.
Keeping the boost rock solid but adding a little bit of gain for a quicker spool. 🥡
