S13 interior upgrade done and gone. 🛁

Fitted some beefy heel plates for help keep feet off the power-steering pump and the hot floor.
Also added a sneaky phone holder to add to the passengers comfort!

Tidied up the front section of the exhaust to keep it from getting hooked on the trailer and the odd ripple strip…

Defiantly giving it the true race car feel 🚕
And lastly added some 2” quick release buttons to help secure the bumper and make it easy to pop on and off.

Almost done with s13 spring clean interior upgrades.
Using one of our aluminium dash’s , I made up a centre console and switch panel including a mount for the IQ3
All powder-coated in satin black.

Relocated the hydro to fit the console in better.
Full rewire of all buttons and added one of our instant start modules for the Astra power steering. 🤙🏼

Moving onto some heel plates next and a couple other small things and it’s back out the door. 👌

Black car problems…can’t see s**t in the dark!

Problem solved, interior lighting with some more lighting in the rear for refueling duty at night time. 🔦

Been a while since iv done some trailer work but this week called for it.
Tire rack and winch post fitted along with Jerry can storage.
And started the front bash bar on the car that rides on said trailer. 🛠️🛠️

Another one of our remote fuel cooler setups ready for powder coat and installation.
With a super powerful fan that can be either switched or triggered making installation very easy.

Long runner , equal length twin scroll manifold fitted.
EGT & e-map bungs installed.
Next stop aluminium & stainless fab.
3.5” exhaust with side exit. 🎺🎺

That’s job done for the Barra r33 🥳

A thousand and one jobs done to get it up to spec and ready to party!

-Bit of an electrical overhaul of the lighting and cooling system.
-Wired up fuel level in the fuel cell
-Added a couple of relays for support the fans.
-quick release front bumper
-rebuilt front LCA’s with ball joints and bushes
-and the list goes on….

Car drove in and drove out again today , back to the owner for painting and hopefully a shakedown very soon.

Straight into the next one!!
Murdered out s13 in for an interior package.

-Powder coated aluminium dash fitted ✅
-Switch panel underway, along with centre console 🛠️
-Heel plates will also be made & fitted. 🛠️
-Working on bracket for IQ3 dash. 🛠️

Relocate electrical power steering
Move handbrake to make way for centre switch panel.

Then il require all the old switches for updated buttons.

Engine bay is starting to fill back up 💪🏼
All fab is now 99% complete , couple more small jobs to tidy up
Breather bottle now done and installed
Oil cooler plumbed up
Water onboard and engine testing complete
Tried a couple different rad caps pressures to find a happy spot and 13psi seems to be right.

Big couple days digging through electrical with head light low/high beam , hazards and DRL all functioning
Alternator now running correctly 13.9-14.2V
IQ3 set up and reading correct (in metric)
Fuel level wired in
Went a bit old school and added a thermo switch to one fan to get it to come in earlier getting a head start on temp control , so car now idles at 70 degree all day … but in a track environment that should keep it well under control.

Just need to rebuild the front LCA’s and it’s out the door 🤙🏼🤙🏼
