Chris is stoked with how the barwork has topped off his beautiful gu😍

Opting for kicked and plated sliders, front and rear scrub bars with the added rear hoops, making this into the exact setup that he pictured for his pride and joy!

This barwork was fabricated on the vehicle, uninstalled, welded, zinc primed and painted. While the barwork was off we also took the front bar off, gave it some preparation and a fresh coat of paint to match🎨

Barwork has been a popular flavour within the last couple months and understandably we want to keep your vehicle protected at all costs! But we also do much much more, -stainless pipework wether it be cooler piping, snorkels, exhaust work
-aluminium canopies, boxes or tanks
-general steel fabrication from handrails to agricultural machinery repairs and everything inbetween!

A custom intake system removes all restrictions from a stock setup, and in most cases they bottleneck down to 2 inches! A turbo needs much more than that💯

💥IT'S BACK!!💥 AND NOW FITTED WITH SOME ARMOUR!

After getting some clean cool air into it with the snorkels, matt bought his cfmoto back in for the protection it needs🛡
Fitted with a lightweight bullbar, scrub rails and side rails out of 40 od, 3mm wall aluminium totalling in at only 16kg!

Finished in a raptor coating to try eliminate paint wear while smashing through the scrub💪🏼

With these buggys getting more and more popular its important to keep them lasting as long as possible, so get your wish list together and get your booking sorted at 25th hour fabrication!!

What a gorgeous piece of art this ute is😍
A few items completed on Shaun's fj45-

A full stainless 2.5"-3" twin exhaust including resonators and mufflers giving the v8 a beautiful rumble and tone🎶

A seamless satin black Powdercoated 4" snorkel, low cut to keep it all in proportion✅️

Having the round top filter, we've made up a plenum so suit an airbox housing a pod filter to ensure everything is airtight to the snorkel💨

A few other items ticked off the list for roadworthy include;
-Shortened front shaft
-battery tray mount repair and stiffening
-radiator support mount
-small rust repair of footwell

It was a pleasure to work on such a beautiful ute, and it hope to see it back in soon for a bit more work!

The snorkels from last post are now fitted!! And Josh guessed right, they belong to a cfmoto u10💥

Matt came back after he purchased this new cfmoto and was looking for some longevity and reliability when cruising through the scrub and dust, and these raised intakes for the cvt and engine air is just what he needed!

Next up for this little rig will be a bull bar and scrub bars in the near future💯
