Bridgeman was proud to support the relocation of HMAS Townsville, one of 15 Fremantle Class Patrol Boats, to its new permanent home at the Townsville Maritime Museum. At 42 metres long and weighing more than 250 tonnes, this historic vessel is set to become a major tourist attraction for the region.

Bridgeman was engaged to manufacture and install 15 permanent steel supports, strategically positioned to safely secure the vessel in its final location. Another great example of Bridgeman’s steel fabrication and installation capability, helping preserve an important piece of Australian naval history.

A huge congratulations to Baxter on completing his Certificate III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (Boilermaking) after four years of hard work and dedication! Even better, Baxter is staying on with Bridgeman as a qualified Boilermaker, continuing his career with the team where it all began.

Supporting apprentices to become skilled tradespeople is what our Bridgeman Futures Program is all about, and it's rewarding to see our investment in training grow into long-term careers.

The Bridgeman team are pleased to have successfully completed the manufacture and installation of aluminium railing for the Teemangum Street Bridge in Currumbin.
Manufactured and installed to the Queensland Department of Transport and Main Roads specifications, this project reflects our commitment to delivering safe, high-quality infrastructure solutions that stand the test of time.

Bridgeman is proud to have manufactured 10 custom Apache Maintenance Stands for Australia's new Apache helicopter fleet. Designed to provide safe access to the helicopter's nose and camera system, each stand is manufactured from lightweight aluminium, powder coated Safety Yellow, mounted on four lockable castors, and engineering certified to carry 500 kg. Another example of Australian manufacturing delivering quality, safety and innovation for the Australian Defence industry.
