We recently installed a five head moulder paired with a Joutech infeed, completing an automated feed to coating line. The board feeds in and comes out profiled in a single pass.

It has been an exciting time at Stirling Machinery with the arrival of the ProConnect CNC Profile Grinder. Installed for Accurate Australia & NZ, the grinder will produce high-quality profile knives as part of their Grind to Profile service.

As the final piece of our ProConnect program, it completes a production system where the grinder, measuring stand and moulder all operate from a single shared source of profile, tooling and job data.

Earlier this week, we completed the installation of a 5-head moulder and delivered hands-on training for the team at QLD Survey Pegs. Just a few days in, the young operators are already running the machine with impressive confidence and control. It's rewarding to see a new machine embraced so quickly.

This moulder is set to deliver real efficiency and consistency for the team at QLD Survey Pegs for years to come.

The end of an era over at Accurate Australia & NZ.
After clocking up more than 26,000 profiles, the UT.MA P20 CNC Profile Grinder has done its final run and is moving on to a new home. Taking its place is the new ProConnect CNC Profile Grinder, the final piece of our ProConnect program. One era closes, another begins.
