1 x Laser Cutting Operator / Workshop All-Rounder
We’re looking for a reliable Laser Cutting Operator / General Workshop all-rounder and a Fabricator for our growing laser cutting business.
Located – Brandy Hill NSW

Mon - Fri
These roles suit hands-on people who can run machines, stay organised, and help keep the workshop running smoothly.
The Laser cutter/Workshop all-rounder role includes:
- Operating 6kW industrial laser cutters (sheet & tube)
- Uploading drawings and running jobs on the laser computer
- Monitoring cuts and stopping machines if issues arise
- Unloading deliveries & storing materials using a forklift
- Packing finished jobs on pallets and wrapping for dispatch
- Local customer deliveries
- Keeping the workshop tidy and organised
Fabricator role includes all of the above, plus:
- Overseeing jobs being completed in the workshop
- TIG & MIG welding of materials including aluminium, stainless steel & mild steel.
- TIG welding pipework
- Press brake operation
- Read fabrication drawings and complete tasks unsupervised, including cutting, pressing and welding.
- Experience using Fusion360 preferred but not essential
What you’ll need:
- Forklift ticket
- Valid driver’s licence
- Basic computer skills
- Good organisation & attention to detail
- Ability to work alone and in a team whilst staying motivated
- Experience working with metals or in a metal fabrication workshop preferred but not essential (for the general workshop position)
