So just in is this 12/82 t3 and it’s original and been sitting in the elements for a while and I could see that it would clean up ok , thought I’d take my boy down to help me clean it up and as he is now at his L plate age , I said well what’s your first car going to be ? He looked at the yellow brick and said I think I like this one , I said “ done! Now you better get to work and clean your car then” so the last couple of days we have enjoyed going through and improving some parts and getting everything working as it should again . Just as well he loves the older simpler things in life as that’s just what this base model is , and it is after all the last of the aircooled transporters so it’s ok by me !

So that was Dubfest 26’ a great day out with standing room only as the car park was maxed out once again , good to catch up with everyone and a special mention to all those that made the effort from coming far and wide and interstate in your pride and joy 👏
A big thanks to the Melburg Luft team and all those that did their bit to make it all go as smooth as possible on the day .
Thanks to all those photographers and drone pilots for sharing a great mix of pics .
