🏆 **WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!** 🏆
Our followers may remember how excited we were back in July when we found out we had been named a **finalist in the NSW & ACT Timber & Hardware Industry Awards**, in the **Retail Store of the Year – Under 2,500sqm** category.
While we didn’t take home the trophy, simply being recognised alongside some fantastic independent hardware businesses was a huge honour for us — and something we are incredibly proud of. ❤️
Firstly, we’d like to congratulate Chris, Nicky and the team at C&N Mitre 10 Huntlee on taking out our category! 👏🏆
It was a tremendous achievement and, hearing you both accept the award, it was clear just how much drive and passion you have for what you do. That passion is something I think all of us in independent hardware share — and it’s what keeps us striving to do better and be there for our customers every single day.
We’d also like to congratulate our fellow finalists — Yamba Mitre 10, Cooma Mitre 10 and Hardware & General Hornsby. 👏
We hope you were all as proud as we were to simply be nominated, and then to make it through as finalists. It’s a fantastic recognition of the hard work, commitment and long hours that we and our teams put in every single day. 💪
But most importantly, we want to say a **massive THANK YOU** to our wonderful **tradies, customers and the wider Blayney community.** ❤️
You are the reason we are here.
From the weekend warrior who needs a handful of washers 🔩, to the tradie who trusts us to supply the materials for an entire job 🏗️ — every purchase, every recommendation, every bit of support and every friendly conversation means more to us than you probably realise.
We started this journey just four years ago, and looking back at how far we’ve come, we couldn’t be prouder.
We’d also like to say a huge THANK YOU to the National Timber & Hardware Association - NTHA for putting on such a fantastic night. 🍾🥂 It was an absolute pleasure to be part of the awards and to spend the evening celebrating alongside so many great people and businesses from across the industry.
To be standing in a room with some of the best businesses in the industry, celebrating what we’ve built with the support of our local community, was pretty bloody special. 🥹❤️
