🔧 IMPORTANT BOOKING UPDATE 🔧

Effective from 7th October 2026, we will be introducing a booking fee for vehicle servicing and major repairs.

This new system will help us manage our busy workshop schedule and ensure our customers are properly taken care of. We order parts specifically for confirmed bookings, which allows us to avoid holding unnecessary stock while ensuring the required parts are ready for each appointment.

✅ The booking fee will be deducted from your final invoice when the scheduled work is completed.

❌ Customers who do not attend their appointment or fail to provide at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation will forfeit their booking fee. The fee will be non-refundable.

All cancellations must be made during our office hours:

Monday to Friday
8:30 am – 5:00 pm

When you make a booking, we reserve workshop time and order parts specifically for your vehicle. Missed appointments and late cancellations result in lost workshop time and parts being ordered unnecessarily.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

💳 Payment Update

With upcoming changes to EFTPOS surcharges, we are doing our best as a family-owned small business to avoid increasing our prices.

Where possible, we kindly ask customers to pay their invoices by cash or bank transfer. EFTPOS will still be available; however, cash or bank transfer is preferred, as this helps us reduce transaction costs and keep our prices as affordable as possible.

Your support and understanding are greatly appreciated.

Thanks Brad & Kel
