PUDU MP2000
An AI-native pallet handling robot built to automate pallet movement across warehouses, manufacturing and logistics operations. It can handle loads up to 2,000 kg and is designed for rapid deployment without major site modifications.

PUDU ET1
A compact autonomous scrubber-dryer designed for smaller, tighter spaces. It combines sweeping, scrubbing, vacuuming and dust-mopping in one robot, with autonomous mapping and cleaning.

When the right solution doesn’t exist off the shelf, you build it.

This custom pallet decanting conveyor was engineered from scratch to solve a practical handling challenge.

The system moves full pallets along gravity rollers onto an adjustable scissor lift, allowing operators to bring stock to a more comfortable working height. Once the pallet is empty, it feeds back through the system ready for the next load.

The result is a smarter way to handle the task, with ergonomics and workflow built into the design.

But the real story isn’t the conveyor.

It’s DMD’s ability to take an operational problem, engineer the answer, fabricate it and make it work in the real world. The design was developed from scratch and refined with the client rather than selected from an existing product range.
