We are looking for experienced crusher fitters to join the field service team, and if you are the kind of person who is at their best when they are out in the field solving problems, keeping critical equipment running and working alongside a team that takes pride in what they deliver, this role was built with you in mind.

You will be working on some of the largest mobile crushing and screening equipment operating across Australia, in a team that values experience and backs the people who bring it.

If you have the background and you are looking for a role that will reward you for it, we would like to hear from you.

Welcome the latest EvoQuip addition to join the MPS fleet,

Our customers know what the Falcon range is capable of, and the 1630 takes everything that has made it a trusted choice for operators across the country and builds on it. A larger screening area, rapid set up, the mobility to move between applications without losing production time and a design that makes setting up in the field as straightforward as possible.

For operations that need high throughput without the commitment of fixed infrastructure, this machine has been built with exactly that requirement in mind. First units are on their way and the team is ready to have the conversation about what the Falcon 1630 can offer.

We’ve recently commissioned a custom Telestack Limited TC415X for a customer who needed a conveyor that could work in two different parts of their operation.

Out in the quarry, the conveyor needed to run from its onboard diesel engine, giving the customer the ability to operate without access to mains power. Once it returned to the fixed plant, the requirement changed. The customer wanted to be able to connect to mains power and run the conveyor from there.

We worked with Telestack to configure the 415X with both power options, giving the customer a machine that can switch between diesel and mains power depending on where it is being used.

Working closely with our OEM partners, the MPS team strives to develop practical equipment solutions around the way our customers actually work, bringing together the right equipment, configuration and expertise to meet the requirements of each application.

The team has been out on the road and stumbled across a familiar face.

Spotted in the field, this ASTEC K300 cone crusher that has been in operation for more than a decade, working through the seasons and who knows how many operators along the way.

Kodiak cone crushers are built tough and built for the long haul, and this one is living proof of exactly that. Seeing a machine with this many years behind it still running hard in the field is a good reminder of what quality engineering looks like when it is put to the test over time.

Any guesses on how many tonnes this machine has processed over its lifetime?

Mark the calendar. The MPS team will be on the ground at the The Institute of Quarrying Australia (IQA) National Conference, 6th to 8th of October at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre.

The IQA is one of the most important organisations in our industry, serving as the professional body for quarry operators and suppliers across Australia, connecting members and representing all aspects of the quarrying and extractive industries.

The annual conference is one of the best opportunities we get to be in front of the people driving the quarrying and extractive industries forward, have genuine conversations about what is happening on site and across the market, and connect with both long standing partners and new faces across the three days.

If you are heading to the Gold Coast in October, come and find the team. We look forward to seeing you there.

Behind every growth story, there are people quietly making it happen.

This year's winner has worked through one of the most operationally demanding periods in the business's history, from travelling around to set up new processes, systems and capabilities in our national parts network, to working around a facility still under construction. Continuing to grow and support customers through all of that is no small undertaking.

It's with great pleasure that we award our Employee of the Year to Joshua Miller.

Josh has been a driving force behind the growth of our parts business on the east coast. Operating in a region where customer relationships are everything, Josh takes a customer first approach without exception, consistently going the extra mile, backing his team without being asked and making a genuine and lasting contribution to what MPS is looking to build.

Congratulations Josh — it is well deserved and we are proud to have you in the team.

A small gesture to mark something worth remembering.

Today we presented Charles Hull Contracting with a framed photo capturing the day their machine was commissioned and first put to work. More than just a photo on a wall, it is a reminder of the partnership behind it and everything that went into getting to that moment.

To the team at Charles Hull Contracting, thank you for your trust in MPS. We look forward to continuing to support your operation well into the future.

When Jubilee Metals purchased a Telestack RS424X late in 2025 for their new gold mining operation in Queensland, significant flooding across the region pushed the commissioning timeline back. The project waited, and so did we. Now that conditions have cleared the MPS service team is on site, commissioning the unit and getting it ready to go to work.

It is exactly this kind of situation that reflects how we approach working with our customers. The timeline was not ideal, but our commitment to seeing the project through did not change. We are glad to be on the ground with the Jubilee Metals team and look forward to supporting the operation long after commissioning wraps up.

Last week the MPS team was on the ground at Queensland Mining & Engineering Exhibition (QME).

With more than 8000 people coming through the event, the energy on the floor was hard to ignore. Events like QME are a good reminder of just how much is happening across our industry and how many good people are driving it forward.

The conversations were good, the insights were better, and connecting with both familiar faces and new ones across the three days was a highlight. Thank you to everyone who stopped by and took the time to chat, we look forward to seeing you all at the next one.
