Nearly unrecognisable from just a few months ago, construction at the Goodna facility continues to make serious progress with the workshop, spare parts and office areas all starting to take shape on site.

This facility was always built around a single purpose. To create the infrastructure and capability to properly meet the demands of growing industries nationally, bringing fixed, modular and mobile equipment together under one roof, supported by technical expertise, hands on training and an extensive spare parts holding. Everything our customers and their team needs, in one place.

Not long now!

No two sites are the same, and the equipment configuration that works for one operation rarely translates directly to the next. The material, the site layout, the production requirements and the long term plans of the business all play a role in determining what the right setup actually looks like, and that is before you factor in the practicalities of getting equipment in, set up and producing efficiently.

Across the MPS product range, mobile, modular and fixed plant solutions are all available under one roof, meaning the conversation starts with what the site actually needs rather than being shaped by what happens to be available at the time. Whether an operation calls for the flexibility of a mobile setup, the scalability of a modular configuration or the throughput of a fixed plant installation, the MPS team has the range and the experience to match the right solution to the application.

When did you last stop and ask whether there is a smarter way to move material on your site?

It is a question that often gets pushed aside when the operation is busy, but for sites running front end loaders to move material day in and day out, the cost of that decision compounds quietly in the background. Fuel, wear, operator time and the inefficiencies that come with relying on a loader for material movement add up in ways that are easy to overlook. This is where our team comes in.

By looking at the full life cycle of your material movement and working through the cost per tonne, we can help identify where the right equipment investment makes genuine financial sense for your operation. With our EOFY sale now on and the Telestack Limited range available nationally, now is a good time to start that conversation.

Plant upgrades and expansions are complex enough without the added challenge of coordinating across multiple suppliers. With a range that spans modular, fixed and mobile equipment, MPS can simplify that process and get the right solution in place faster than you might expect.

If you are looking at ways to push more material through your plant or exploring what options might be available to lift production capacity, with an extensive range of equipment available across our EOFY sale the MPS team is well placed to help find the right fit for your operation.

With the modular and mobile setup now six months into operation, we dropped in for a special delivery to the team at Evolution Mining. A single frame that tells the whole story, the day the modular and mobile setup went from months of planning to a fully running operation on site. More than just a photo on a wall, it is a reminder of what was built together and the outcome that came from it.

It was great to catch up with the Evolution team. Watching something you helped build continue to perform is exactly the kind of outcome that makes the work worthwhile.

Please join us in welcoming Andrew McManus to the Mineral Processing Solutions team

Based out of Laverton, Victoria, Andy joins us as Sales Manager for Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia at an exciting time for the business as we continue to grow our presence. With more than 30 years spent across the recycling, mining and quarry industries, both behind the equipment and in front of the customer, Andy has a first hand understanding of the challenges these industries face every single day, and that kind of experience is exactly what our customers across these regions will benefit from.

Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia represent some of the most diverse industries and applications in the country, and we are excited about what the coming period looks like for our customers across these regions. With mobile, modular and fixed plant solutions available across the MPS range and Andy on the ground bringing the right experience to every conversation, we are looking forward to building on the support we provide across these states and making sure our customers have the right fit for what their site demands.

Welcome Andy, we are glad to have you with us.

Across the industry, more operations are focusing on how to lift output and get more from the material already moving through their plant.

The ASTEC GT2612V high-frequency screen is a good example of that in action. In this application, it is taking scalps that were previously unsellable and separating them into 10mm, 5mm and fines in a single pass, turning them into clean aggregate and manufactured sand that can go straight to market.

This unit, along with others across the ASTEC range, form part of our EOFY sale, Get in touch with the MPS team to see what is in stock and ready to go.

The end of the financial year is a natural point for operations to step back and take a hard look at where the business is heading into the next twelve months. For sites that have been considering a plant upgrade or expansion, timing that decision around the right opportunity can make a significant difference to how quickly it pays off on site.

MPS have extensive experience supporting operations across modular, fixed and mobile equipment solutions, and with our EOFY sale now on the timing lines up well for a serious conversation about what your plant could be doing differently. The team knows the equipment and knows the applications, and we are ready to work through the detail with you.

The new financial year is around the corner and the equipment decisions made now have a way of shaping how the next twelve months play out on site.

EvoQuip machines are built for operators who need performance without the complexity, compact enough to move and set up quickly, versatile across a wide range of applications and ready to produce from the moment they hit the ground. With EvoQuip stock available nationally as part of the MPS EOFY sale, now is a good time to talk to the team about what fits your operation.

The build at our Goodna facility is progressing strongly and it is really starting to take shape on site.

What is taking shape is the result of a significant amount of planning, investment and a clear vision for what we wanted to deliver for our customers and our team. Watching the facility develop from a concept into something physical is a milestone in itself, and every stage of the build brings us closer to a facility that will genuinely change how we support our customers across Queensland and nationally.

We are looking forward to what this next chapter looks like.
