Not perfect but good to score iconic Angourie with a crowd of 8 to 10 surfers, especially after the hectic mayhem at Cabarita on the previous surf.

Nice waves at Crescent yesterday. But hectic with the crowd and locals dominating the outside. Nice to be in warm climes but think a chilly far south uncrowded lineup may be more enjoyable.

THE LAST WAVE
It's been a good swell but now its coming to an end with longer and longer waits between sets. Time to catch a last wave and surf it to the beach before the sea goes flat and it means paddling in.
OK...enough of this cryptic sh*t...let's tell it like it is. As summer becomes a happy memory and commercial trade dies away, an executive decision has been made that it will not be viable to continue Lost Surfari into winter. It's been a fun ride but now its time to kick out (just can't resist the metaphors). So the shop will close at the end of this month.
