Collins Spears are placed into glasses in advance and kept in the freezer. Ready for use as needed. Spheres & Cubes are kept in tubs in freezers. Our Local Arts Theatre upgraded their bar with a UCG085A ice machine. This compact unit produces crystal clear conical ice while fitting into their limited bar space.

The machine stores 15kg of ice. Enough for a full evening of interval drinks. The conical shape works well in cocktails and spirits. Clear ice melts slower than cloudy cubes.
