Our Wireless Flow Meter allows technicians to test and troubleshoot hydraulic systems from a safer distance. With wireless load control and live flow, pressure and temperature readings, technicians can complete testing without needing to remain in the live work area.

🏆 MultiTool Pro | Digital – Apps and Software
Our MultiTool Pro allows maintenance technicians to connect and monitor up to 12 SafeGauge sensors at once, from up to 100m (328ft) away. This means testing can be completed safely, while test results can be viewed, recorded and shared digitally.

Four years ago, Hastings Deering introduced SafeGauge wireless testing tools.

It’s been a pleasure to host Coco and Giro from Caterpillar this week, all the way from Peoria, Illinois.

Their visit began at SafeGauge headquarters in Beresfield, NSW, before heading out to visit SafeGauge customers across the Hunter Valley alongside Dan Hawkins, Belinda Jackson and Greg Sweeney.

It was a great opportunity to see SafeGauge tooling in action in real-world applications, including our Wireless Push Rods being used for a steering shake test, as well as our Wireless Dial Indicators and Pressure Transducers in use.

A big thank you to the Caterpillar team for making the trip and spending time with our team and customers. It was a great opportunity to share knowledge, see our technology in action in the field, and continue building our relationship with Caterpillar.
