We hope you had a great Easter!
March was a strong month for CVST, with all three of our rigs and personnel deployed across multiple projects throughout regional Victoria, Melbourne, and southern New South Wales. While hot cross buns were the flavour of the month, our Massenza MI2 drilling rig was kept busy tackling rock for a range of works, including core acquisition for Horizontal Directional Drilling (HDD) entry and exit pit locations, drilling rod holes to secure a gabion basket wall, earth rod drilling for a new telecommunications tower, and wrapping up with a geotechnical investigation for a local bridge renewal project.

🚨 HUGE ANNOUNCEMENT! CVST have just added another NATA accredited service to their growing list... drum roll please...

CVST can now undertake Nuclear Gauge testing using our "nuke" or Nuclear Density Gauge (NDG) for field moisture content and insitu density testing. Whether it's for your next road construction or earthworks project, we'd love to help you out.

We recently turned 5! It has been a journey since we took over CVST in 2020 (during COVID) but a journey we have thoroughly enjoyed! With what started as a one person team to a team of almost 10, we are super proud and excited for what the future holds! To top off celebrations, we recently got another NATA accreditation for a new test - more on this in the New Year!

We were delighted to hear from the Year 9-10 GLAM participants regarding their future aspirations. We are privileged to have been part of the program and can’t wait to see you in the workforce!

CVST are proud to have been a part of the initial stages of this project! We undertook the geotechnical investigations for the construction of retaining walls for access points to the 4.4km shared walking & cycling pathway along the Bendigo Creek.

The places you’ll go!
CVST were engaged to undertake a geotechnical site investigation at the Sunbury Public Cemetery. As part of the investigation, four boreholes and four Standard Pe*******on Tests (SPT) were conducted across specific areas at the cemetery to inform future infrastructure needs. Our team enjoy the variety and learning about the different needs of our clients.
