We are VERY CLOSE to the end of the year. 🎄 (Where did 2025 go?)

We will be shut for some period of time over the Christmas and New Years break. So, be sure to get in and get your supplies, for all your projects before we close. Don’t set yourself up for dosappointment and leave it too late. 🤡

Full Time position coming up for immediate training at a small family business in Beaudesert.

Please read the details below before asking questions or emailing your resume through. No time wasters please. It may seem like we have a very broad criteria requirement - however we have a very versatile team environment at our local shop.

ARE YOU:
- Able to communicate patiently with the public?
- Able to work in a team environment?
- Willing to learn and try new things?
- Knowledgeable with computers or know basic use?
- Able to read and use a tape measure?
- Able to work under pressure or within a timeframe?
- Able to do carry out heavy lifting throughout a majority of the day?

Bonus brownie points:
- Truck licence
- Crane knowledge
- Steel industry experience
- MYOB experience
- Forklift licence
- Knowledge of the local area

We operate a Monday to Friday working week with overtime regularly available on 3 Saturdays a month. We are seeking someone that is looking for long term employment and will take pride in our small business.

Beaudesert Gates and Steel lost someone very special to our crew. 🤍
We will be closed ALL DAY on Monday the 8th of September while we say goodbye to an amazing Grandmother, Mother and Friend.
