Proud to support regional Queensland — then and now 💧

For over 80 years, GBA Consulting Engineers has been living and working in regional and remote Queensland, with our head office still proudly based in Barcaldine.

Today, we continue that commitment through our role as Regional Coordinator for three QWRAP alliances — RAPADWSA, NWQRWA and SWQWSA — supporting 21 councils across western Queensland.

In regions where distance, scale and resourcing create real challenges, coordination plays a vital role in supporting councils to:
✔ Access technical expertise
✔ Collaborate and share knowledge
✔ Deliver critical water and sewerage projects
✔ Strengthen funding opportunities

As highlighted in a recent QWRAP story spotlighting Matt Brennan and Leigh Frame, this work is about helping councils respond to challenges and deliver for their communities — together.

We’re proud to continue supporting the regions we call home.
