🔧 Project Completion | Wandiligong Booster Pump Station 💧

RCE Australia is proud to have successfully completed works at the Wandiligong Booster Pump Station, delivering a reliable upgrade to critical water infrastructure.

Scope of works included:
✔️ Construction of a new booster pump station shed compliant with BAL 40 requirements
✔️ Installation of a new Main Switchboard/MCC, including 2 × 30kW pumps with VSD control, instrumentation and control equipment
✔️ Fabrication and installation of 150mm stainless steel pipework
✔️ Successful 150mm watermain tie-in
✔️ Full commissioning of the new booster pump station
✔️ Demolition and removal of the existing booster pump station and associated equipment

A big thank you to Hutchinson’s Civil for completing the new access track, including a two-coat seal at the track entry, supporting safe and reliable site access.

🚧 Project Completion | Wastewater Treatment Plant Works

RCE Australia has successfully completed upgrade works at a Wastewater Treatment Plant, delivering key mechanical and process improvements to site.

The completed scope of works included:
🔹 Removal of two sludge belt conveyors
🔹 Installation of two new sludge screw conveyors, transitioning from the existing screw conveyors
🔹 Removal of an existing Thickened WAS pump, including associated pipework and structural steel
🔹 Installation of a new upsized Thickened WAS pump, complete with new pipework, instrumentation, and control equipment
🔹 Reinstatement of trench grating around the new pump and pipework

A great outcome delivered by the RCE team, improving reliability and performance of critical wastewater infrastructure.

As we wrap up the year, the RCE team has completed final site mobilisation and set-up works — a strong way to finish off another busy and productive year.

🎄 RCE Australia is now closed for a well-deserved Christmas break and will return to normal trading hours on the 5th of January, 2026.
