I started a personal project to help my headspace in about November. To say it’s kept my mind busy is a huge understatement! I always wanted to make an offset smoker, something about a man cooking a huge piece of animal to feed the clan is built in our DNA I think 🙃 Well it’s getting there, and it keeps evolving as I go, but holy smokes she’s a beauty!
