My name is Jessica and I work in the office here at O'Brien Electrical Engineering & Contractors Ballarat.

At O'Brien Electrical Engineering and Contracting, we put a lot of heart into backing our apprentices, but at the end of the day, it's their grit, late nights, and dedication that make the magic happen.

That's why we couldn't be prouder to see two of our team celebrated at the 2026 NECA Victorian Apprentice Awards!

Meet Carlos — with more years of compressor experience than I’ve been alive, and now an invaluable part of the Regional Compressors & Pneumatics team.

Carlos brings a huge depth of technical and industry knowledge, a calm head on site, and just enough audacity to nickname me “Taco” in his first few weeks.
