As the Director of Faulkner Engineering, Scott Mack brings a wealth of hands-on industry experience, leadership, and a genuine passion for engineering and fabrication.
A dual tradesman, qualified as both a Carpenter and Boilermaker, Scott has built his career from the ground up, gaining practical knowledge across multiple trades before moving into leadership roles.
With a strong background in manufacturing, welding, hard chrome applications, and advanced metal technologies, Scott has always had a keen interest in innovation within the industry, particularly additive manufacturing and laser metal deposition.
Today, he's proud to lead the team at Faulkner Engineering, combining old-school work ethic with forward-thinking solutions. Whether he's helping solve complex fabrication challenges, supporting our customers, or mentoring the next generation of tradespeople, Scott believes great results come from quality workmanship, strong relationships, and a team that takes pride in what they do.
