Ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for a Light Vehicle Leading Hand who leads by example, takes pride in their work, and wants to make a genuine impact in a growing and progressive workshop.

At Badgingarra Motors, we're building a workshop where quality work, high standards, and a strong team culture come first.

This role is about more than turning spanners. You'll play a key role in supporting the team, improving workshop performance, and driving continuous improvement across the business.

We're looking for a technician who sets the standard, takes ownership of their work, and enjoys helping others succeed.

What You'll Be Doing
• Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of vehicles and equipment
• Leading, mentoring, and supporting the workshop team
• Managing workflow and workshop productivity
• Maintaining high standards of workmanship and accountability
• Liaising with customers and providing technical advice when required
• Contributing to workshop systems and continuous improvement
