Interesting project for Chatswood with a strong focus on space and connectivity.

Space and scale aren't always easy to find in a major centre, but The Anderson is changing that for Chatswood.

Designed by AJC Architects, this new residential tower features 122 apartments that prioritise generous proportions and a strong connection to the local heritage precinct. It is a rare find for the area, with around 35 per cent of the residences configured as three or four-bedroom homes. This makes it a standout option for families or those looking for more room to move.

The building's design takes cues from its surroundings, using a brick podium and architectural portals inspired by the nearby Chatswood Presbyterian Church. Beyond the design, the location is a major plus. Being just a short walk from the Chatswood Interchange means you can hop on the Metro and be at Martin Place in approximately 11 minutes.
