HVNL just changed. Here's what it means for your fleet. 🚛

From 1 August 2026, the amended Heavy Vehicle National Law and 2026 Master Code are in effect and Chain of Responsibility just got a lot more serious.

Here's the short version:
📋 Safety Management Systems are now mandatory, not just best practice
⚖️ Audit results can now be used directly in prosecutions
💰 Corporate penalties for serious breaches can exceed $3 million
🔄 NHVAS is transitioning to the new Heavy Vehicle Accreditation scheme

The bottom line? Proving you managed mass risk before something goes wrong is now worth far more than explaining it after the fact.

If your current answer to "how do you know your loads are compliant" is a driver's word and an occasional weighbridge visit, it's time to evaluate your process.

Installed with our LM100 integrated Isuzu system, catering for both front and rear spring suspension — giving operators accurate on-board mass data straight from the factory fit-out.
