Here’s a big rig! The Ram 3500, 2.4m tray, trundle drawer, water tank, diesel tank, the works but a different style of canopy, a single door rear opening with a bed slide shaped to follow the contours of the tray while retaining the sides so the customer could unload they canopy at any location and still have their tray sides with them. But why the low roof? That is for future allowance of a roof top tent to slide out from under the boat loader.

The big 79 came back for some extras. The owner made a prototype fold out kitchen and said “Make that but prettier” so there it is, a bench with a permanent BBQ that neatly folds away over the fridge with a stabilising leg and also added a fox wing awning with some heavy duty mounts and a wood box so the boss can stay warm on the cooler trips.

Anyone that’s visited the ACF workshop may have noticed there’s a bit of a Toyota obsession so when this Tundra came in it was a bit exciting and even better to have the privilege to give it the ACF treatment!

Here we have a 1950 alloy tray with a 1400 lift off canopy, colour coded doors and all blacked out inside as per the customer’s request as well as tray sides and a trundle drawer.

Who else would love this in their driveway?

The new Ford Ranger Super Duty is all the rage at the moment and here’s the first tray from ACF, this one was collected by the customer who picked it up and hopped on the spirit back to Tasmania. Does that mean we’re now sending trays overseas? 🤪

This tray was built to suit a slide on camper while also retaining the ability to be the workhorse with tray sides and a rear hurdle.

Here’s a big build finished just before Christmas. A custom built lift off camper. The customer came in with an Isuzu truck and a mud map sketched on the cardboard of a beer box and went home with this massive build!

A pop top roof 100% built in-house allowing full standing room inside but still clearing the carport at home, a roof mount aircon recessed into the roof, again to maintain clearance, plenty of storage under the double bed, a gas hot water unit, generator and petrol storage, rear ladder, a basic kitchen inside with most cooking being done outside. A large folding staircase for stable access and a dog box aswell as some big under tray toolboxes.

The customer wanted this built to lock up stage and will be getting canvas made for the pop top, adding an awning above the door and having the camper fully wired, insulated and lined before heading off on some big adventures.

Don’t be afraid to dream because ACF can make it a reality!

Here’s a custom sign made for a customer with the last name Stog and a room full of Stern Pinball machines. Layered aluminium and powder coated this came out a treat!
