As well as a fully stocked service centre for walk in customers we also support 4 mobile service vehicles with about 18000 different line items in stock. Each van carries about 1600 line items to service that emergency breakdown, and someone is on duty 24 hours a day to cope with that out of hour

This one needed a fork positioner fitted, so the ENZED Albury team got everything set up and ready to go.

A brand new wheeled excavator, but there was still a bit of hydraulic work to do before it was ready for delivery.

The ENZED Albury team plumbed up the tilt and quick hitch using Parker 471TC 4 hose with Parker 43 Series fittings.

Next was the case drain line from the boom tip back to the tank. We manufactured the tubes to suit, then joined everything up using Parker 471TC 8 hose and 43 Series fittings.

A good bit of work behind the scenes to make sure everything was set up properly before the machine headed out to its new owner.

From ENZED to NZ.

Back in July, Darcy Lockhart headed across the ditch to New Zealand to represent Australia in the Men’s Netball, and ENZED Albury was proud to help him get there.

We spend a fair bit of time keeping people moving around Albury and the wider region, but this one took our support a little further from home.

Thanks for the message, Darcy. It was great to get behind you and be part of the journey to NZ.

A truck mounted crash cushion that would not raise or lower and was leaking fluid meant this one needed sorting before it could get back to work.

Our Hose Doctor travelled around 100 km north of Albury, tracked down the leak, topped the system back up with oil and gave everything a test.

Job done and the truck was back on the road, doing the important work it is there for in the first place, helping keep people safe.

This hook truck had a problem inside the telescopic boom, with all the hydraulic tubes coming loose.

Once our Hose Doctor got into it, the issue was pretty obvious. The tubes had not been secured properly to the steel cover bolted onto the hydraulic cylinder, so they had worked their way free.

We made up new tubes and hoses to suit, fitted everything back where it should be and got the truck back to doing what it does best.
