Custom 10 Metre Balzer Cotton Mulcher
This custom Balzer cotton mulcher has been built to suit our customers double skip row cotton in Dalby QLD.

With the ability to mulch 10 metres at a time our customer is able to actually do a 12 metre pass on double skip row cotton. With the flails on the rotor being located specific to the cotton plant lines this ensures maximum mulching with minimal rotating mass on the 10 metre rotor.

The option of steering trailing wheels enables the PTO to be left engaged at the end of the run and the linkage left in its working position.

-Re-cutter bar uses rotor vacuum action to pull stalks up into the machine to be cut again for maximum mulching efficiency
-Skid plate prevents machine from bottoming out and keep knives and rotor out of the elements
-Proven performer in high moisture rice stubble, lift the rear with the adjustable trailing wheels and rice stubble flows perfectly without the requirement of rear doors
