Commercial Property Transformation by DEX Fabrication

This commercial property originally had an old wire fence and gate that offered very little privacy and didn’t do the building any favours visually.
DEX Fabrication was brought in to remove the existing fencing and install a brand new aluminium slat fence with a matching gate, finished in a timber-look style to give the area a clean, modern appearance.

The result is a massive upgrade in street appeal, privacy, and security, turning what was once an eyesore into a professional-looking entry that suits the property.

Scope of works included:

Here's a quick one for this morning.

A client needed a jerry can holder modified to fit inside a toolbox on their tipper truck.

So a quick little custom hinge and a latch makes it so they can lock their jerry can away inside a space not big enough to top load from.

🚧 Another big one wrapped up by DEX Fabrication 💪

Just finished building this beast of a platform — 5000mm x 4000mm and standing 4000mm tall — providing permanent access to a solar array way out in the bush for ongoing maintenance and servicing.

Every inch of this platform (excluding the ladder) was fully fabricated and assembled on site, proving once again that DEXFAB doesn't just deliver precision — we bring the entire workshop with us.

The custom-built ladder was pre-fabricated in our workshop, then hot dip galvanised for long-term durability and corrosion resistance — built to handle whatever the weather throws at it!

From the ground up, this job was all about safety, accessibility, and lasting strength — and we delivered.

🔩 Clutch Pedal Bracket Repair 🔩

This clutch pedal assembly came in with a cracked and broken mounting plate, a common failure on older setups that sees a lot of use (and a bit of abuse).

We stripped it, prepped it, and fully welded the plate back to solid. No messing around, just clean, strong welds to get it back on the road and working the way it should.

If it’s metal and it’s broken — we’ll fix it.
