1HZ in for a birthday, the old turbo dynamics turbo is just plain worn out only producing a whopping 4psi by 3000RPM. As you can see in the video the wastegate port has eroded away after years of heat cycles.
Opting to update the system is one of our HFM-18G bolt on upgrades.
These come as a kit to bolt the turbo on and connect all your piping and oil lines, and depending what turbo you have you may need to modify your dump pipe to suit, we supply a new fl**ge in the kit to make this as simple as possible.

Kun26 Hilux - upgraded built gearbox.
This Hilux came in for one of our gearbox upgrades after 3rd gear left the chat.
We see these fail in stock and tuned hiluxs and most high klm utes.
These are a stocked item along with the earlier hilux and landcruisers with the r151.
We also have the H15 # gearbox’s to suit all models reco’s and on the shelf.

This one drove all the way from cairns after they lost 3rd and 4th. And it’s not even turbo, which shows just how weak these are in stock form.

1hz-t coaster bus. How it should of been done from the factory.
Last year we reconditioned the engine to full turbo spec but due to funds and time frame we couldn’t go all out with our turbo kit straight away.
So now it’s all run in and back we’ve had a chance to bolt on one of our HFM turbo kits and built a custom front mount intercooler setup.
To keep things nice and tidy we modified the intake manifold as they don’t have much room between the floor and engine which came up nice and helped make life easy when it came to the piping.

✅ silicone hoses and lift pump
✅ HFM built turbo spec engine with rebuild kit

Unfortunately this bus is to big to fit on the dyno so we will be road tuning this one, not chasing big power just something to push it up all the hills.

Hzj105 finished up with one of our build 1HZT engines.
This car come in with the typical cracked pistons from neglected injector maintenance.
Customer opted for one of our 220hp packages but detuned to leave some room for more power in the future when a bigger intercooler and airbox upgrade funds allow so after run in it will be tuned for around 180-190hp.

✅ CT26 turbo manifold
✅ 1hz high performance turbo rebuilt kit
✅ conrod bearings
✅ genuine toyota main bearings to get oil clearance’s perfect 👌

Car also received new hoses, radiator, viscous hub and a bunch of other new goodies etc to go with the fresh engine.

Once the customer has put some klms on the engine we’ll put it on the dyno for a tune as we’ve only done a run in tune to keep they lean and clean.

Hdj100 in for some love last week, rolled in as a stock grampa wagon that needed some go fast bits.
We left the stock turbo in for now we getting swapped out later when it comes back or the turbo upgrade and injectors.

- 3” stainless exhaust with grandpa spec muffler

Starting the year off with a bang, literally haha. Hdj79 in for a reco rear diff after the pinion let go.
Cleaned all the missing pieces out of the housing and back on the road within a day.
