As part of our continued growth and our declared Year of Service, we are continuing to strengthen the future structure of our national service division and are now seeking an experienced National Service Manager to help lead and support our service operations across Australia.
This appointment forms part of our longer-term succession planning as we continue preparing FPE for the future. Over the coming years, our service structure will continue to evolve to ensure we are well positioned to support both our customers and our growing national team well into the future.
This is a key leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-moving operational environment, genuinely enjoys leading people, and understands the importance of delivering high-quality technical support to industrial customers.
The role will work closely with our existing technical leadership team, including highly experienced senior technical personnel who remain an important part of FPE’s future service strategy. Together, the focus is simple, continue to build a service organization centered around responsiveness, technical capability, customer support and reliability.
