At Food Processing Equipment (FPE), we supply some of the world’s leading food processing equipment brands across Australia and New Zealand. More importantly, our customers rely on us for uptime, support, reliability and service that doesn’t walk away.

As part of our continued growth and our declared Year of Service, we are continuing to strengthen the future structure of our national service division and are now seeking an experienced National Service Manager to help lead and support our service operations across Australia.

This appointment forms part of our longer-term succession planning as we continue preparing FPE for the future. Over the coming years, our service structure will continue to evolve to ensure we are well positioned to support both our customers and our growing national team well into the future.

This is a key leadership role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-moving operational environment, genuinely enjoys leading people, and understands the importance of delivering high-quality technical support to industrial customers.

The role will work closely with our existing technical leadership team, including highly experienced senior technical personnel who remain an important part of FPE’s future service strategy. Together, the focus is simple, continue to build a service organization centered around responsiveness, technical capability, customer support and reliability.

Welcoming new people into a business always brings a fresh perspective, but Debbie and Chez have brought something more than that to FPE already. 👏

In a very short space of time, both have blended so naturally into the team. They are hardworking, diligent and genuinely care about doing a good job, whilst also bringing a fun, youthful energy that has lifted the place in a way we probably didn’t even realise we needed.

It has been a great reminder of how important good people are to a workplace culture. The right people don’t just fill roles, they bring energy, positivity and momentum with them.

We are very happy to have Debbie and Chez on the team, and with more recruitment still ahead, it is an exciting time for the business as we continue building our “Year of Service.”
