Neat Gearboxes' services include shot peening to SAE standards, Isotropic Super-Finishing (ISF), magnetic particle inspection, synchroniser blueprinting, lubrication and cooling improvements, and of course an array of cleaning methods all performed in-house. Our core products include the "Peen and Polish" package, where you send your standard gear set to us; we hot tank, inspect, crack test, shot peen and isotropic super-finish (ISF) your gear set and associated components (see the website for full details), package it up and ship it out. Shipping is free Australia wide and our turnaround on this service is 3 business days, as long as you book. "Peen and Polish" prices start from $600 and go to $900 depending on the number of components. Of course we are more than capable of reconditioning your standard gearbox back to factory specifications, too. We stock a range of hard to source parts for many performance and classic gearboxes, including bearing kits, synchronisers, seals and various gears. We also hold a selection of carefully chosen oils and fluids for your gearbox, differential, transfer case and even engine. While not ideal, this BRZ broke the teeth off of 4th gear before popping the clip.

The countershaft and c clips were actually fine to be re-used despite the catastrophic failure.

I have a massive range of used gearbox spares in various states of repair from most popular models that I don't want to take with me.

I haven’t kept anything obviously damaged, so most stuff should be in usable condition - good for rebuilding.

We also have some complete sets of gearboxes (been disassembled/partially disassembled). Models include: Honda - S2000 gearbox, B series cable and hydraulic, k series including AWD

Significant spare parts piles for Skyline 5-speed, GTR Transfer case and GR6 (GT-R); Silvia 5 speed and 6 speed ; Toyota R154 and some W55 W58, C50 and C60 ; Honda B, K and S2000, and of course Mitsubishi Evo drivetrains. Even some old Aussie 4-speed stuff.

I am ready to sell much of this stuff for far cheaper than you will ever find again - hopefully in lots or whatever rather than individual widgets. Basically if you need something that I've mentioned, get in touch via PM and I'll do my best to answer.

This will only be available until the end of the week - Friday 24th of April - whatever doesn't go gets stored or binned. I'm not a wrecker and don't plan on ever doing this again, haha.

One of our most popular products is our shim kit for the HAG215 differential found in C63 and E63 AMG as well as some Chrysler and Dodge models.

The shims are not available from factory and getting the adjustment right is critical for these to be quiet when installing aftermarket L*Ds.

We went to the effort of making these special shim / circlips which makes installing the Wavetrac L*D a breeze.
