Just because Strata wont allow an alfresco on your balcony doesn’t mean you can’t have an outdoor entertaining area! Outdoor entertaining in its true meaning, all appliances and electrical sit behind waterproof cabinetry. Strata did not stop the owner getting what they wanted! Now it’s time to sit back and enjoy (maybe not when it’s raining though)!

The Ideal Built outdoor entertaining area completed in time for Christmas! The best of all available materials were used in this project , Millboard Decking and insulated panel roofing, structural steel for the wide 8.5m span! The outdoor kitchen with granite top (by others) completes the area!
