Hands on role with high volume of transactional accounts payable duties

-Payment of supplier invoices
-Reconciliation of supplier statements
-Data Entry and filing
-Full function payroll on a weekly basis

The role will commence on a casual part time basis with the opportunity to expand for the right applicant

Ideally we are looking for someone that can work 3 days per week 4 hours per day (Monday, Wednesday and Friday)

Skills and experience



The successful applicants should be accurate and efficient in accounts payable with MYOB experience a bonus. They should have a broad knowledge of bookkeeping experience and knowledge.

In light of the current situation with the COVID-19 pandemic, we would like to take the opportunity to outline some temporary changes to our business and highlight the steps we are taking to ensure the safety of our employees and the public in general.

We are remaining open for business at this stage. We ask our customers to please read the following measures we have set in place, guided by the latest recommendations from the SA Heath department.

We ask that our customers call ahead if a booking is needed or any parts are required. For any information or questions, please make use of either phone calls, emails or social media as we would like to limit contact. We will have our office doors closed while we continue to work.

Being a small business, we ask that anyone who has recently travelled overseas or interstate, has been unwell or in contact with someone unwell to please consider the situation at hand and make use of other means of contact besides person to person communication.
