SHOWROOM OPERATIONS UPDATE
We are gradually returning to normal staffing levels. Over the next few days staff are returning and we are currently dealing with the backlog from last week.
We a trying to get back to everyone as soon as possible but as expected, there may be some delays in returning calls.

SHOWROOM OPERATIONS UPDATE:
We are currently dealing with limited staff on-site due to illness / isolation.
We are trying to service all customers but there may be extended wait times in-store.
Our phones are being answered and we are returning calls as soon as possible.
We are grateful for the support of friends and other businesses that have pitched in to help.

Unfortunately we will be CLOSED on Saturday 9 July 2022 but will have limited phone service operating remotely. If you don't get through, please leave a message and we will try to get back to you asap.

Our showroom is currently closed due to staff shortages with a number of our sales staff contracting COVID over the weekend. We are still open in a limited capacity although the front door may be closed from time to time to assist our staff.
We will have assistance from some relief team members from tomorrow. and hope that we will reopen tomorrow.
Please understand that we may not be able to manage all customer enquiries instantly. A number of us are working in isolation and we are happy to take after hours calls, FaceTime, Skype etc to assist with enquiries. Our phones will be operating until 6pm tonight. If you don't get through, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible

Our workshop is still operating at a reasonable capacity although with some work rescheduled.

We appreciate that it is a trying time for our staff and our customers as we are dealing with such a shortage of staff.
